NCCD360 Wrapped: All the Features That Shaped 2025

Last Updated: December 12, 2025

After an incredible year of releases, conversations with schools and more than 30 new features, we’re closing 2025 on a high note. Instead of listing everything, here’s a closer look at the four updates that truly reshaped NCCD360 and transformed the everyday workflows of school teams across Victoria and beyond.

1. Full IEP Integration – A Complete Game Changer

One of the most requested enhancements became reality this year: IEPs are now fully integrated into NCCD360. Schools can create, update and reuse Individual Education Plans directly in the platform, with a dedicated IEP tab on every student profile, historical versions, audit trails and the ability to pull forward previous plans. What used to sit in scattered Word documents and OneDrive folders is now centralised, traceable and part of the student’s ongoing learning story. This update shifts NCCD360 from a documentation tool to a comprehensive student support ecosystem where everything lives in one place and stays aligned with compliance expectations.

2. Bulk Operations – Hours Saved, Stress Reduced

2025 was the year of making large-scale work effortless. With new bulk operations, schools can now clone records, export individual reports, adjust multiple applications and manage imports with far less manual input. Tasks that once consumed hours, especially in schools with hundreds of students, now take minutes. This upgrade gives larger teams the ability to maintain high-quality documentation without increasing workload, bringing true efficiency and predictability to busy periods like census preparation and audit season.

3. Compliance, School Reporting & Document Validity

We also transformed how schools prepare for audits and internal reviews. NCCD360 now includes PDF and CSV reporting, expanded document categories, upload validity tracking and a redesigned compliance dashboard that shows exactly what’s complete, overdue or missing. This clarity removes the guesswork that often surrounds documentation and evidence, giving school leaders confidence well before an external check. Everything becomes easier to find, easier to validate and easier to present, with less risk and far less duplication.

4. UX Improvements That Transform the Experience

Alongside major structural updates, we delivered meaningful improvements to the overall user experience. This includes a new landing page, file previews for documents and images, a modern rich text editor, cleaner navigation and an upgraded application wizard that guides users through the process more intuitively. The platform feels smoother, faster and more familiar from the first login, making onboarding easier and daily use far more enjoyable for staff across roles.

Looking Ahead to 2026

2025 delivered foundational upgrades that strengthened NCCD360 across usability, compliance and workflow design. And 2026 will take that foundation even further. If this year was about clarity and control, next year will focus on expanding what’s possible for schools, leaders and learning support teams.

Thank you to every school, leader and teacher who contributed feedback and insights this year. Your experience shaped everything in this wrap-up.the everyday workflows of school teams across Victoria and beyond.
